Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you have a smooth experience. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can exchange* or return it within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The items must be returned in the same condition that they were received, in new or otherwise original condition with all the original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer. Kindly email info@thepegsmith.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept returns that have not been authorized and assigned an RMA number. To return or exchange* an item, follow these steps:
- Email us to inform us that you would like to exchange* or return an item and require a return authorization (RMA number). Attach the proof of purchase to your email.
- Place the item in the original (or similar) packaging.
- Mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Send the parcel to the address provided to you in the email that contained the RMA.
Shipping Reimbursement
The Pegsmith will refund the purchase amount after deducting shipping and handling fees. This guarantee is not valid in case of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer*. Please ship insured and well packaged. The Pegsmith will not issue a refund for items damaged, due to poor packaging on returns. Please allow 7 – 14 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.
Exchanges and Damaged Products
We only exchange items if they are defective and/or damaged. Should your product become damaged within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, kindly follow our return policy.
Inspecting any damaged product is a key part of our quality assurance program, helping us improve and ensure the best for our customers. We appreciate your help in returning the damaged item for an exchange, as it allows us to learn and continue improving our products.
